This week is just going to be a warm up since August doesn't start until Friday. This week the challenge is to find a new vegetable and make something with it. Here is how the points will be distributed:
Daily Points
Drinking water - 1 point per glass with a maximum of 10
Exercise- 5 points per 30 minutes
Eating - 5 points for eating well or on plan (counting points for me)
Weekly Points
10 points for each time you do the weekly challenge
I will post my progress every day and you can post a comment with your progress. I will tally up each week. Come on and join me and get your friends involved too!
I am excited to try this with you! I just hope I remember to keep track of everything! lol I will start tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteI'm all for it! I can't excersize except for walking for the next 4 weeks, Guess i'll need to bust out the double stroller!
ReplyDeleteMy friend Pam alerted me to this challenge...I'm all over it!! Starting tomorrow morning. I count calories...the daily allowance set up by my nutrition website is 1590. Eating well for me will be not exceeding that number. I've been walking 20 mins a day on the treadmill but will raise it to 30 mins a day to meet the challenge! Thank you for the inspiration!

ReplyDeleteI've been pretty, um, lazy (I guess you could say)in my exercise and eating right lately...but expecially exercise. Even my blogging (http://scrapsofme.typepad.com/going_all_the_weigh/) has been nonexistant.
